Yikes. It looks like Curtis and Portia are done after the Thursday, August 28 episode of General Hospital. The two shared some truths about Portia’s lies, and they debated who was the most important woman in Curtis’s world. Meanwhile, Isaiah was clearly Team Portia as he shared his narrative with Jordan about their time together. Needless to say, these two pairings are currently in shambles.
Portia and Curtis Heartbreak
Portia (Brook Kerr) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) needed to lay it all out there, and they really did. From Portia’s perspective, she was just the rebound wife, and her husband had had full-on feelings for Jordan (Tanisha Harper) this whole time.
From Curtis’s perspective, he couldn’t take any more of her lies. In fact, his resentments for her lies, which had piled up, have simmered underneath the surface for a long time.
Curtis blamed Portia for getting them all tangled up in Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) web of revenge and manipulations. He couldn’t understand why Portia didn’t come to him for help before turning to blackmail. Meanwhile, Portia said she was simply trying to protect Trina (Tabyana Ali) from the likes of Heather Webber (Alley Mills).
Unfortunately for the two, Stella’s (Vernee Watson) arrest took precedence, and Curtis couldn’t stick around. Portia gave him the “if you leave, we’re over” ultimatum, and Curtis walked right out the door. No time to wait.

No Hope for Isaiah and Jordan
Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) and Jordan also had it out. But it would have helped if these two had had more recent interactions. They have barely talked in the past few weeks. As a result, Isaiah is only seeing Portia’s side of things. And he’s witnessed the closeness between Jordan and Curtis from afar.
Jordan seemed blindsided by everything that Isaiah unloaded on her. Isaiah now thinks that he and Jordan stood no chance because of her feelings for Curtis. She reiterated that nothing has happened between her and Curtis, but after Thursday’s episode, will that change?

On Deck: Portia and Isaiah
Near the end of the episode, Isaiah walked into Portia’s office and witnessed her trying to take her rings off. He offered to help her, and the two started kissing.

So there goes a promising pairing in Isaiah and Jordan that cooled off months ago. And Portia and Curtis’s marriage has come to a screeching halt. Does this mean a reunion for Curtis and Jordan? If so, hopefully, she’ll remember how her marriage to Curtis ended and proceed with caution.
