In a recent post, the pair announced their The Reset & Rise Challenge with Steve & Michelle Burton. It is a 21-day program where the couple will help people to become the “healthiest version” of themselves.
The video began with Steve saying, “So, here’s the big announcement.” Before he can continue, Michelle jumps in jokingly, “Sylvester Stallone is coming over on Sunday for sauce.” Both followed it by saying, “No, he’s not.”
“The big announcement is that we are teaming up,” Steve continued. “We’ve created a Reset and Rise Challenge 21-Day Fall Challenge.” Michelle added, “Twenty-one days with us, and it will honestly change your life.”
The 55-year-old actor explained, “In case you didn’t know, I’m an actor, but I’m also a mindset fitness and nutrition coach. I’ve helped thousands of people lose weight and change their lives.” Michelle cuts in to add, “Including me.”
Michelle continued to share about her part in the program. “In case you didn’t know, I’m an Italian who loves to eat,” she revealed. “So I’ve mastered the art of creating recipes that make you feel like you’re not missing out, eating delicious foods, staying on track, getting healthy, losing weight, and it becomes a lifestyle.”
She later revealed that she’s lost 13 pounds following the same methods. The video was accompanied by a caption that revealed the details of their program and the date that it is scheduled to begin. While some followers were hoping for an announcement about a possible new addition to their family, others were excited to hear about this initiative that the couple has taken.
