GH Recap: Cody Enlists Molly’s Help to Save the Quartermaine Mansion — and Monica’s Original Will Is Unknowingly Within Tracy’s Grasp

Thursday, October 30, 2025: Today on General Hospital, Jason has a surprise for Britt, Curtis and Portia discuss the baby, and Sonny extends an invitation to Justine.

Drew takes over GH

At the hospital, Jason shows up to see Britt, who assumes he’s there to deliver bad news about her car loan, as her day has been hellish as is. However, he surprises her with the key to her new car. She does a happy dance, and accepts his invite to celebrate with him at The Brown Dog, but Jason insists he drive.

Britt wants no more bad news GH

Are Portia and Curtis Going to Reunite?

In her office, Curtis asks Portia if she’s pregnant, which she admits she is. He asks how long she’s known, and she says for three weeks, and she’s about ten weeks along. She makes it clear she has not considered terminating this pregnancy, and she didn’t tell him, as it’s still early. She wants to make it through the first trimester before they tell anyone, including Trina.

Curtis wants answers from Portia GH

Curtis feels they need to figure out what this means for their family. Portia snaps that he sure hasn’t been interested in being a family for a while, given all the time he spends with Jordan. Curtis makes it clear he wants to be a part of raising this child, as he missed out on doing that with Trina. Portia reminds him, baby or not, that there are valid reasons for their impending divorce.

Sonny and Justine Play Games

At the Metro Court, Justine meets with Jordan to ask what she learned about Sonny during her time as commissioner. Jordan explains he’s smart, he never leaves a trail to get caught, and he has a lot of influential people in town, like Laura, who support him because of his charitable donations to the city. Justine gathers that Sonny’s need to be liked could be his weakness.

Justine talks with Jordan GH

Across the restaurant, Sonny meets with Laura, who warns him that Drew is looking for a fight and they are likely his targets. She fills him in on walking in on Drew attacking Rocco and Danny, and he is acting as if he is untouchable. As they talk about Drew, Sonny notices Justine across the restaurant with Jordan and excuses himself to take care of something.

Laura and SOnny chat GH

Jordan and Justine continue to discuss how one might bring Sonny down, and Justine thinks that if someone got close to Sonny, he could slip up. Justine then gets a text and excuses herself.

Justine heads to the alcove to meet Sonny, who reveals he’s been thinking about their last conversation. She interjects, “When you tried to strong-arm me?” He realizes it’s not his job to tell her how to do hers, and he’s sorry. He wants to make it up to her.

Jordan opens up to Laura GH

Meanwhile, Laura joins Jordan, who opens up about her complications involving Curtin, Portia, and the baby, which Laura says Curtis told her about. Jordan explains that she told Curtis about her suspicions regarding Portia, as she doesn’t want to keep secrets from him again. She also admits her feelings for Curtis are just as strong as ever, and Curtis has told her that he has feelings for her. But those feelings won’t matter if Portia is pregnant, as Curtis will step up and do what is right for that child.

The Brown Dog Is Where It’s At

At the Brown Dog, Lulu has drinks with Tracy when Martin and Drew walk in. Drew taunts Tracy about the mansion, and Lulu urges her uncle to take Drew and leave. Before they do, Drew tells Tracy this is only the beginning of her getting what she deserves.

Drew and Martin are happy GH

Drew and Martin grab a table, and Drew is loving the pain on Tracy’s face, saying it’s worth every penny he spent on that house. Drew asks Martin how he got Ronnie to change her mind about selling, and Martin simply says he told her it was the best way to get back at Tracy. Martin seems to realize that in hurting Tracy, he’s also hurt Lulu. Is he actually having regrets?

Across the bar, Lulu assures Tracy that one day soon, Drew will get what is coming to him. Tracy wishes she had taken Lulu’s advice earlier, as she drove Ronnie to sell their family home to Drew.

Drew and Martin approach the women again, and Drew taunts that he’s going to be auctioning off everything in the house, except maybe the dining table and Edward’s chair. Tracy warns him that he will never sit in her father’s chair at the head of the family’s dining table. Drew then threatens to burn it all in a bonfire.

Jason steps in GH

Jason shows up, grabs Drew’s cane, and trips him, sending him down and flat on his face, and Tracy into a fit of laughter. Drew storms out, and Martin follows him. Tracy tells Jason she appreciates the gesture, but it’s too little too late. She lashes out at Jason for welcoming Ronnie with open arms and not acting like a Quartermaine, which they needed him to be. She blames him for helping Ronnie take their home.

Lulu drags Tracy out and back home, and Jason and Britt grab a booth and drinks. Jason has questions about Faison and the Five Poppies for her, but she convinces him to let her have just five hours without hearing that name, and she promises not to ask why Tracy is blaming him for losing the family home. He says, “Deal!” and they clink glasses.

Jason and Britt drink GH

Britt immediately breaks the deal and asks why he let Tracy walk all over him just now. Jason admits that if he hadn’t sided with Ronnie, maybe they wouldn’t have lost the house. But he wanted, for once, to do what his mom wanted.

Tracy and Lulu return home to a mess of boxes, which Tracy immediately starts going through.

Can Molly Save the Quartermaine Mansion?

Molly checks her hair and make-up before knocking on the Quartermaine door. Cody answers, thanks her for coming, and asks what she knows about real estate law.

Cody invites her in and notes her outfit looks great, but also pretty casual for the DA’s office. She explains she stopped at home to freshen up first. She asks why he’s asking about real estate law, and Cody explains he’s trying to prevent Ronnie from selling this house. He asks if she can look into the legalities of the sale.

Molly and Cody chat GH

Molly says there isn’t much she can do, but Cody feels something is shady, as she’s selling to Drew. Molly’s eyes bug out, and she is stunned. Molly asks, “What will happen to you?” Cody admits he’ll have to find a new job, and perhaps he’ll hit the road and join the stunt circuit again. Molly blurts out, “Don’t do that!” She covers and says it’s a young man’s game, and there are options for him here in Port Charles.

Cody wants to get back to discussing the house, and Molly offers to talk to Turner and see what they can do, but says it will be a long shot. Cody tells Molly that she’s great, and they move in close, almost kissing, when the doorbell rings. Cody answers it, and it’s Drew, who hobbles in on his cane. Another happy moment ruined by Drew!

In the Show’s Final Moments

At the Metro Court, Justine reminds Sonny she can’t accept gifts from him, but Sonny says there must be something he can do. She says she wouldn’t say no to a home-cooked meal, admitting his pizza is the best she’s ever had. Sonny says he can arrange for that, but she says it can’t be at his home again. Clearly, she thinks she’s going to trap him.

Sonny meets with

At the hospital, Curtis tells Portia that he doesn’t know if getting back together is the right move, but they have to consider the life they want for the baby and for themselves. He walks out, leaving her to ponder his words.

At the bar, Britt tells Jason that there is no way he could know what Ronnie and Drew would do, and he acted honorably to honor his mother’s wishes. Jason hands over the key to her car and suggests she take him for a drive.

Tracy and Lulu search through Alan's things

At Lulu’s, Tracy finds Alan’s medical diploma in a box and breaks down, and Lulu comforts her. Lulu suggests they call it a night, and tomorrow they’ll go through these boxes together. They embrace.

At the Qs’ mansion, Cody tells Drew that this isn’t his house yet, and Molly states the law to him and that he has no right to be here until the deal is done. Drew assures them he will take possession of this house, and everything in it will be his.

Monica's Will GH

In the final moment, Tracy sits on Lulu’s couch and gets ready for bed. Over in the box she was looking in earlier, we see Monica’s official will! Place your bet on how long it will take for it to be found, or if Outback will somehow steal it and hide it!
