Is it all over for Michael?
Alexis is determined to help Willow and Drew in order to keep Scout in her life, no matter who she hurts. And on the January 5, 2026 episode of General Hospital, it was Michael’s life she destroyed by blowing his alibi with Jacinda.
Where Was Michael Really?
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) would never purposefully do anything to hurt Michael (Rory Gibson), but with Drew (Cameron Mathison) breathing down her neck about exonerating Willow (Katelyn MacMullen),
or else, she’s found herself between a rock and a hard place. But when she received an anonymous tip about Michael and Tracy (Jane Elliot) both knowing that Michael was at Drew’s house the night of the shooting, it was exactly what she needed to save her future with her granddaughter.
That, and Chase’s (Josh Swickard) career-destroying personal investigation that ended with learning that Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove) was who Jacinda (Paige Herschell) spent the night of Drew’s shooting with, not Michael. So, when it came time to call witnesses to the stand, Alexis started with Ezra after badgering Dante (Dominic Zamprogna).
Alexis got the councilman to admit that he paid Jacinda for her services on several occasions, including the night of Drew’s shooting. Michael had no idea Jacinda was with Ezra that night, and while all this was coming out, Kristina (Kate Mansi) was secretly persuading Jacinda to leave town so she didn’t have to testify.
When Jacinda showed up at the courthouse, she suggested to Michael that he grab the kids and take off with her, but it was too late. She was spotted, and immediately called to the stand. That was when Alexis asked her about who she was with at the time of Drew’s shooting.
Assuming she’ll tell the truth under oath, Jacinda is about to reluctantly blow Michael’s alibi. Everyone has assumed from the start that Michael was using Jacinda, regardless of the feelings they’ve both developed. Now, with no one to attest to his whereabouts, Michael is looking like the most likely suspect to shoot Drew.
General Hospital spoilers for January 6 finally bring Michael to the stand. Only time will tell how much he shares, and when he’s followed by Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), what crucial information will she have to offer the jury?
