Anders Hove has returned as Cesar Faison. Well, make that the voice of the loathed character. Hove debuted in the pivotal role in 1990 and was killed off the show in 2018. Faison began ā€œhauntingā€ his longtime obsession, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), via an intercom last week. Casting director Mark Teschner recently opened up about casting Hove and other memorable characters on GH.

Andrew Hawkes is playing Ross Cullum, a duplicitous new character who is in cahoots with Sidwell (Carlos Rota) and is Jack’s (Chris McKenna) superior at the WSB.
