Drew desperately needed access to Brennan’s Metro Court suite to retrieve damaging leverage Brennan held over him regarding the McConkey Esplanade project. That leverage involved Drew misusing congressional funds for the piers project—even though Drew himself was being leveraged at the time by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
