An explainer for The Bold and the Beautiful viewers after the episodes of Tuesday, October 13 and Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
“Oh my God! Another Forrester,” Brooke said on Wednesday when Ridge told her Zende was gone. A day earlier Zende had said it to Ridge’s face: “I get why Hope and Katie left. If you’re not in line for the throne, you are a nobody.” Ridge’s own count: “It’s Katie’s playbook, the same one she used with you and Hope. She’s poaching from us again.” So how many people have really walked from Forrester Creations to Logan? Here is the list, in order, with air dates.
1. Katie — December 2025
Forrester’s PR chief and former CEO. By December 17, 2025, she had been cut out of Forrester’s PR work, and Bill promised she would “never come in second to Brooke and Ridge.” On December 19 she told her sister: “I’m doing this… and I wanted you to be the first to know.” On December 26 she unveiled the sign — “Logan” — and Brooke exploded: “You’re not going to name your fashion house Logan!”
2. Eric — January 2026
The founder himself. On January 15, 2026, Eric offered to launch the house with Katie — “Let’s share the runway!” — noting he no longer worked at Forrester, and became lead designer. Katie revealed it on February 18: “Eric is the lead designer for Logan.” Logan’s first line was a success on April 24, but by then, per Soaps.com, Eric regretted the deal and left before the work was finished. He is back at Forrester — which is why Ridge still counts him: “They took my dad, then Hope. Now they want Zende.”
3. Deke — let go December 19, 2025; at Logan by June 24, 2026
On December 19, 2025, Steffy told Hope that Thomas and Zende would do Hope for the Future, so Deke’s contract would not be extended, and Hope had to tell her own brother. On June 24, 2026, Brooke unmasked Katie’s “mystery designer”: “You hired Deke, Deacon’s son?!?” Katie: “The secret’s out!” On Tuesday Hope was still carrying it: “The end of my time at Forrester Creations was a bit disappointing, full of conflict. I mean, I had to fire my own brother.”
4. Hope — May 25–26, 2026
Hope signed with Logan on May 25, 2026, on one condition: Deke was part of the deal. Holding the contract she said, “That’s a lot of money,” and signed. On May 26 she told Brooke that Steffy’s promise to relaunch Hope for the Future was “too late”: “I need a break and I have to think about me, my career, and my future.” Her first Logan runway came on June 26.
5. Will — June 2026
Out of Forrester after punching R.J. in late May, Will joined Logan on June 3. He is now the one promising Dylan a job there: “I’ll fix this.”
6. Zende — October 13–14, 2026
Notice on October 9, talked into staying by Eric on October 12, and gone for real on October 13, the day Ridge fired Dylan: “Well, Ridge, I guess I have no recourse either. If Dylan goes, I go.” On Wednesday he told Katie and Hope, “I left. I quit my job at Forrester,” and that he “would be honored to be part of Team Logan.”
Pending: Dylan — fired October 12, not hired yet
Dylan joined Forrester in March 2026 and was fired by Ridge on October 12 — “Pack your stuff. You’re fired.” On Wednesday she told Katie, “They fired me,” and Will promised to get her a job. As of Wednesday, Katie has not said yes on screen.
The score
Katie, Eric, Deke, Hope, Will, Zende — six people in ten months. Eric came back; the other five are at Logan, and Dylan may be number seven. Katie’s answer to Brooke: she offered Zende an opportunity when he was being underused, he accepted, and she is building “the opposite” of a Forrester copy. Brooke’s verdict: “It’s revenge. And it breaks my heart.”
