Where we left off (CBS episode of Friday, October 16, 2026): Billy and Sally’s Great Gatsby wedding got underway at the Club. Billy told Jack and Kyle he felt “Invincible,” and the hour ended with the curtains opening on the bride. Across town, Matt Clark woke up on Sharon’s sofa and said he would get serious help on one condition: Sharon must be his therapist. Nick’s answer was “Sharon. No.” Sharon’s was “I’ll help you” — with conditions: Matt checks into the clinic first, and if their history gets in the way he accepts another therapist. The recap’s teaser for Monday: “Billy gets a disturbing call.”
Here is what the published spoilers say for October 19–23, worded the way Soaps.com and Soap Hub word them, with what has already aired on CBS for context.
Monday, October 19
- “As Sally and Billy’s wedding begins, a surprise guest joins the festivities.” Neither site names the guest. Soaps.com’s only hint is that staying away had been this person’s gift to the couple. For context only: a message from Chloe reached Sally’s phone on Friday before Audra took the phone away.
Tuesday, October 20
- “While friends and family celebrate Billy and Sally, Cane shares distressing news with Billy.” Soaps.com adds the question, “How bad off is Jill?” Jill has not been able to make the trip to Genoa City for the wedding; Sally said on Friday how much she wished Jill could be there. The CBS preview video, as described by Soap Opera Digest and Soap Hub, shows Snapper — Jill’s brother and a doctor — calling Billy in the jazz lounge and asking for a three-way call with Cane. Billy’s line: “Snapper, is my mom okay?” No source says what Snapper tells him.
- “Nick forces Sharon to make a tough decision.” In the same preview, Nick returns to the cottage and tells Sharon and Mariah, “Matt is safely put away.” On Friday Nick reminded Sharon exactly what Matt did to her and to their son, and told Matt to “Get the hell out of this house!”
Wednesday, October 21
- “Sally and Billy meet their first challenge as a married couple.” Soaps.com’s own reaction: “Wow, that didn’t take long!” The preview shows Sally doubling over in pain in her suite while Audra and Coco help her change; Coco asks, “Sal, what is it?” Her contractions at the bachelorette party earlier this month turned out to be Braxton-Hicks, so whether this is the real thing is an open question.
- “Lily receives an update about her health.” Soaps.com frames it as a question: will she “be able to breathe any easier”? Her biopsy results came back inconclusive on October 9, more tests were needed, and she told Cane on October 13.
- “Ashley and Traci give Abby a history lesson.” Soaps.com wonders “since when is Abby a newbie among the Abbotts?”
Thursday, October 22
- “Victor interrogates Nick.” Nick admitted he may have hit Joe, the dealer, more than once; Joe has been missing since, and Victor backed his son’s story to Detective Burrow.
- “Chelsea sees a new side to Adam.” Adam walked into Billy’s wedding under Audra’s one-smirk rule, with Chelsea vouching for his best behavior.
- “Billy makes a promise to Sally.” Soaps.com: “Billy just got done saying his vows to Sally, and now he’s making her a promise.”
- “Nikki has a change of heart about a rival.” Soaps.com asks whether the rival could be anyone other than Diane. On Friday, when Traci said John would have welcomed Sally, Diane replied, “After all, I’m still here.”
Friday, October 23
- “Victor gives Adam much-needed advice.” Soaps.com doubts Adam will take it.
- “Victoria and Kyle make a dangerous plan.” Victoria has been slipping away to the pied-à-terre since early October, and last week Victor turned up there “incognito” and asked about “the punk Abbott.”
- “Lauren makes a change in plans to help a family member in need.” No source names the family member.
The big question
Nick wants Matt out of their lives; Sharon gave her word. Should Sharon keep her promise to Matt Clark — or should Nick’s “No” be the final word?
