“They keep calling it an accident, a misunderstanding, bad timing — anything but the truth. But on January 8, General Hospital stops rinsing the blood off Drew’s hands and finally lets the cracks split wide open. His calm façade shatters, his control slips, and in that meltdown moment, the shooter’s identity comes screaming to the surface. This isn’t a quiet reveal or a tidy explanation wrapped in soap opera logic — it’s raw, explosive, and impossible to ignore. Secrets don’t dissolve when pressure hits; they combust. And when Drew finally loses it, The Rinse is over. What’s left isn’t redemption — it’s accountability.”

After Drew lost his cool on the stand, his shooter was finally revealed on the January 8, 2026 episode of General Hospital…and it wasn’t such a shock.

Drew Goes Nuts

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) warned him he shouldn’t take the stand, but Drew (being the ruthless snake he is, hung Scout’s (Cosette Abinante) name over her head until she agreed. When he finally hit the stand, he left Michael (Rory Gibson) smiling.

As ADA Turner (Nazneen Contractor) questioned Drew, he became more and more unhinged with each word, spitting out Michael’s name and pounding his fists on the stand. He promised Michael that he would go to prison, and he and his wife would take

their kids, leaving Turner with no further questions.

Drew’s Shooter Revealed

When it came time for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to take the stand — also against Alexis’ better judgment — as she answered questions, her memories told a different story. She remembered handling Edward’s (the late John Ingle) gun and ultimately shooting Drew in the back.
