General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may decide this is a good opportunity to get some payback.
Will vengeful Drew make Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) a target and try to take her down for Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) demise?
Drew wants Nina to suffer for her part in the fake stroke cover-up.
Nina kept quiet about Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) actions and even started delivering drug doses to Drew, so she’s just as culpable in what he went through.
Of course, Nina also pushed Drew into the lake, which could’ve killed him!
The paralytic was wearing off by then, but Drew’s limbs were still pretty weak.
Drew might’ve drowned if it hadn’t been for Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) help getting him out of the water.
However, Drew was forced to keep quiet about all Nina and Willow’s transgressions due to Brennan’s blackmail.
Now that Brennan has turned up dead in the Metro Court pool, the blackmail material may no longer be an issue.
Once Drew finds out Brennan is deceased, he may hope the incriminating information will get buried, too.
GH spoilers suggest this could open the door to Drew finally getting revenge on Nina and Willow, but he has to be strategic about it.
If Drew went to the cops with the whole truth, he’d have to explain why he didn’t come forward right away.
That could raise doubts about Drew’s story and lead to blackmail-related questions he doesn’t want to answer.
Whatever the case, Drew will carry out an act of revenge in the September 3 episode.
Could that involve Drew framing Nina for killing Brennan?
After all, Drew was there to witness Nina’s recent outburst at the Metro Court Gardens, where she threatened to destroy Jack.
That could give Drew the idea to make it look like Nina indeed destroyed Brennan by ending his life.
Drew could give a statement to the police about Nina threatening Brennan and try to get the ball rolling on her arrest.
Plus, Drew might plant some evidence that could point in Nina’s direction.
Perhaps Drew could make sure Nina gets caught with the thumb drive that shut down Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) security cams and alarms.
Drew could also plant a batch of pills matching the drug that’ll inevitably be found in Brennan’s system.
Alarming news could be ahead for Nina if she gets busted with proof in her apartment or office thanks to Drew’s plan.
It might look like Nina drugged Brennan and either led to his tumble or gave him a shove in the pool once he was disoriented.
Ava isn’t going to like it if Drew frames her BFF, but there may not be anything she can do without alerting the cops to her own involvement.
Regardless, General Hospital spoilers say Drew will carry out a revenge scheme following Brennan’s grim fate, so stay tuned to see if Nina will land at the center of it.
