General Hospital spoilers suggest that Sonny Corinthos could be heading toward one of the most painful crises of his life. After Curtis Ashford and Jens Sidwell are brutally attacked in Pentonville, suspicion quickly turns toward Sonny. The situation could become even worse when Sidwell claims that Sonny was responsible and Dante Falconeri begins questioning his own father’s innocence.
Sonny previously sent Vito to deliver a message to Sidwell through another inmate, but viewers never saw exactly what happened during that meeting. That missing piece could become extremely important. One possibility is that Sidwell discovered Sonny’s plan and decided to turn the tables on him. If Sidwell secretly arranged the attack, he could then use Sonny’s name to make it appear that Sonny ordered the entire operation.
