Monday’s General Hospital (Oct. 12) brought two faces fans had not seen in months — and ABC’s soap has already locked in the date for a third, much more dangerous comeback. Here is who is back, how long they were gone, and when to expect the next one.
1. Selina Wu (Lydia Look) — back after more than a year
Selina walked into the Metro Court auction for Piers 55 and 56 like she had never left. According to Soap Opera Digest, Lydia Look had been off screen since July 2025, when Selina was framed by Jenz Sidwell for the firebombing of Charlie’s Pub and fled to Singapore. Her only appearance since was a flashback in December 2025.
She went straight at Sonny: “Now that you know that Jenz Sidwell framed me for burning down your daughter’s establishment, I assumed I was no longer the object of your wrath.” Asked how she could bid while out of the country, she said: “While I was arranging my return, my nephew stepped in to procure the piers for the Wu family. Our bid is entirely legitimate.” She also told Sonny he “should let the piers go to someone who can help them reach their full potential.”
2. Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) — back since April
The nephew in question is Brad. Parry Shen has played Brad on and off since 2013, and Soap Opera Digest notes Brad was last seen on the April 2, 2026 episode. He came back swinging: “My aunt has every right to be here.” Sonny’s answer: “You’re not gonna get those piers.” In the end neither of them did — Ezra Boyle announced that Hudson Parker had won the piers for JJE.
3. Heather Webber (Alley Mills) — returns Thursday, November 5
The big one. Executive producer Frank Valentini confirmed to TV Insider that Alley Mills is coming back as Heather Webber, with her return episode set for Thursday, November 5. “There’s never a dull moment when Heather Webber is in Port Charles,” Valentini said, adding that Mills is ready to “stir up some trouble.”
Heather has been gone for nearly two years. She was unmasked as The Hook and sent to prison; doctors later found cobalt poisoning from a faulty hip replacement, her conviction was overturned, and in October 2024 she left town with her son Steven. What brings her back has not been revealed. Entertainment Now points to her possible ties to Laura, Esme and her grandson Ace — but nothing about her storyline has been announced.

Soap Opera Magazine‘s weekly Comings & Goings also lists Kelly Kruger (Serena, Oct. 5), Kearran Giovanni (Dr. Nichols, Oct. 6), Scarlett Spears (Donna, Oct. 8) and Daniel Cosgrove (Ezra, Oct. 12).
