General Hospital recap, Tuesday, October 27, 2026
The secret Rocco and Scout have been keeping blew up on Tuesday’s General Hospital, and the person who found out was the one most likely to explode: Scout’s brother, Danny.
“Never put your hands on my sister again”
Danny walked in on Rocco kissing Scout and lost it: “Get the hell away from my sister… Never put your hands on my sister again.” Scout pushed back — “We aren’t doing anything wrong” — and when Danny asked if she was okay with it, she told him plainly, “Rocco and I like each other.”
Danny’s answer: “You are too young to know who you like.” Then he went further, telling Scout that Rocco was “taking advantage” of her because “your dad cut you off from basically the entire world,” and that Rocco “stabs anyone in the back who’s stupid enough to care about him.”
Scout took it personally — that Danny could think “no one could like me unless there was some kind of angle” — and ran off to meet her dad, Drew.
“Do you realize how twisted that is?”
Alone with Rocco, Danny asked how long they’d been “sneaking around.” Rocco didn’t back down: “You’re not her dad, so stop acting like it.” Asked if they’re a couple, Rocco said, “So what if we are?” Danny called it “twisted,” because “we were practically siblings when my mom was still around.” Rocco: “I am not related to Scout.”
The threat — and the boarding school
Danny then threatened to “return the favor” and tell Drew. Rocco’s reply raised the stakes for Scout, not himself: “I heard Drew talking. He said he’ll ship Scout off to boarding school” — the same thing Valentin once did to Charlotte. Rocco asked, “Do you really want to hurt her just to get back at me?” and added, “I’m the one you’re angry at. So take it out on me, not Scout.”
Danny’s deal, word for word
Danny’s final terms: “I will stay quiet about what you and Scout have been doing as long as you stop doing it. If you keep seeing her, all bets are off.”
Across town, Scout told Drew she was fine — while opening up about the approaching anniversary of her mom Sam’s death, remembering that Danny took her trick-or-treating that night to distract her. Drew promised her, “You’re never going to lose me again.”
Why it matters
Danny is Sam’s son with Jason; Scout is Sam’s daughter with Drew; Rocco is Dante and Lulu’s son — and Sam dated Dante, which is why Danny says the boys were “practically siblings.” Fans have debated a Rocco–Scout romance since the summer (Entertainment Now), and the Danny–Rocco friendship was already broken, as the actors previewed in August (Entertainment Now). Danny also accused Rocco of turning in Carly and Valentin “just so you can impress Scout,” which Rocco denied.
What’s next
Danny has made his offer; Rocco hasn’t said yes. If the two keep seeing each other, Danny says “all bets are off” — and Drew has already been heard talking about boarding school.
